Refund policy

At NOTIQUE, We want every customer to feel comfortable and confident in our clothing.
While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist you with size exchanges or exchanges for defective items.

No refunds will be issued for the items which is eligible for return we will issue a credit note valid for next 12 months.

Eligiblity For Return:

1. Wrong Product

2. Defected Product

3.Customers must inform us within 2 days of delivery to request an return.

Eligiblity For Exchange:

No refunds will be issued. Exchanges are allowed only for:

1. Wrong size

2. Manufacturing defect

3. Customers must inform us within 2 days of delivery to request an exchange.

4. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
